Common excavation work

If you need excavation work done, wether its a bigger, more complicated job or small and simple. We offer a variety of services which include the following

Lot clearing
Dirt removal
Ground leveling
Tree and/or bush removal

Demolition

We do pretty much any kind of demolition, wether it involves machines or by hand. We have machines to take down old houses and trucks to haul away all the debris. We also do pool demolition. We have a variety of machine sizes so we can pick the right one based on the amount of access we have to the project. If there is limited access to some areas, we find ways to do it manually. We get demolition done with the area kept relatively clean and safe.

Sewers and Utility

Trench digging is also another thing we do. wether you need electric, water, gas, cable or sewer lines layed through. Or maybe its all of those! well we do it all. For sewers we dig trenches that have the correct slope to them and keep it smooth to prevent any dips and settling that may occur.

Kavkaz Construction was founded in 1994 by Paul Matveev. With lots of experience, he opened a family business. Paul has been operating excavators of all sizes for 25+ years, so there is plenty of experience on the variety of work we offer. We provide work in Portland areas, as well as other cities nearby. We even do work in parts of Washington as well.
